A game room, like any other rooms, there's a lock or the detector thingy to open lol and open applications to students who are interested and provide the membership card which is the only card to open the lock. Just like our current gym Then most of the time the games console won't be abused or anything by random ppl o.O

And yea, the biggest problem, Swinburne won't even consider sponsoring the game console ^^
