While having a theme is not a sin, doing so while interfering with usability is a strict no-no. After several months I am still needlessly confused by the icons (is there any new post or not?)

Hans. L, we brought up that matter when this theme was just implemented, but hey guess what... no changes.

no one's gonna tell me to remember what does that black guy icon or that 3-eyed guy icon means. those icons are supposed to be indicators which ppl can look and tell wat's going on with that thread with a glance.

say, what if i changed my car headlamps to red color? sounds creative?

or what abt new traffic light colors, say blue means go, white means stop... u get the idea...

it's just impractical. anyone with me?

people are now browing the forum while 'ignoring' the initial purpose of those icons. heck, i dont even think that it's proper to call them 'icons' anymore for that size, especially since this is a forum.

I am so sorry about the improvement and layout of this forum.
Since my batch of SSSC(2008) has been dismissed, the new batch of SSSC is taking over the forum slowly (Cause this forum are normally managed by SSSC). So for management and design wise, is not good for me to voice too much as I am just the previous Admin, tho I am still holidng Admin post now. I will be handling other technical issues regarding to this forum such as server maintainance, backups, and feature implementation parts.

Anyway, I will tell them about the design and look of this forum to see whether they could do some improvement on this issue or not as I can understand the workload being a SSSC Members.

Maybe the next batch of SSSC forum will do another design with diffrent scheme color, and by doing that i think it is quite good idea as well as each of the color scheme and design represent diffrent batch of SSSC Batch..
(My Batch was Green - but sad I do not have any printscreen to keep it if anyone got it please PM me yeah, Thanks in Advance)

Cheers, man. I hope the next committee could do something about it. Active forum members should be allowed in partaking design and usability decisions.

I got not much say here as currently I'm only handling the moderation of the forum.

it's quite similar with other forums i joined lol. haha.
purple layout colour is great x) sentimental feel for me.
but some sort of feeling the header is lack of something? HAHA. dun mind me LOL

Every forum is the same to me o.O The oni diff is the icons a bit too big lol.. when last changed, the forum threads looks so.. bulky compared to old theme haha.. but now used to it adi, jz the icons maybe can change to pics which are understandable? ^^"
