Club Problem

I am very surprised that my Hapkido Club wasn't informed by the SSSC for this degree and foundation orientation and that spoils one big opportunity for us to recruit new members.

I would like to have a decent explanation on why this wasn't done properly.

Student Council has posted up the notice in forum as we have notified the clubs in here for orientation.We will use the forum to post up the latest meeting, updates and also the minutes( if needed) for the meeting.

I apologize if you did not receive the email from student council as we used our official email was sent using the sssc@students.swinburne.edu.my but all email were bounced back and we had to use an alternative email the very last moment which apparently did not have the latest updates.

However during the orientation, we have asked the students to go into forum to sign up for the respective clubs that they would like join so maybe the other alternative is to do the promotion in the forum.

We were notified quite late that we would combine both orientation for club presentation but we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. Do let us know if there is anyway we can help you out.

Definitely... i need to arrange a meeting with the IT department and all the Swinburne Club Presidents because all the presidents needs to sign a few things. The " I will not misuse forum and bear responsibility for any misuse" bla bla bla.. They want black and white so they know who to chase if there are any misuse of the email to do something bad. A protection for them so to speak. =)

i know that it is a big fuss but it is necessary for them to do so. Oh well...so long we also get the space in Blackboard for announcement.

@voterx: Because he is not did not apply to be mods for his club section. He may appoint his committee member to manage his club section instead of himself
