| I believe that professionalism is very important for events such as this, especially one of such a scale, where important dignitaries and international audiences will be looking at.
for our anime and manga society, i'm not to sure that we can put up something professional yet, but we're working towards that in all aspects. hopefully those joining in helping with the centennary will realize and learn some world standard professionalism from this event. |

| Hmm... Interest comment there rain. But isn't true that SAMS could showcase the technical skills a member may gain from joining. For example, perhaps you show how experience in drawing manga and setting up a Gundam model could be translated into real academic enhancements such as technical drawing and building up electronic devices? | That's one aspect you can look at. But currently we do lack teachers (there's always the net of course) of really good standard who can actually impart the knowledge and skills directly. We do have ppl skilled in various areas, but of course, we're all learning to become specialists in those areas, for example technical drawing as you mentioned.
Well, that's what clubs should aim for.
Back to topic, I'm sure we can put up something, but that would need much more time and dedication than what we currently have. |

| One thing that we could almost be certain about ~ anyone under the state jurisdiction of the chief minister should be coming over, gotta be hardworking for the boss, right? That's cool, except for one thing: there is no Sarawak Minister of Education. _________________ R.I.P. Kenyalang Parking Lot 2006-2007 Ye olde 2006 forum moderator and resident stalker

| | AngWC wrote: | hi.. there will be no club performance because the management wants the event to be as perfect as possible.
If you want, you can join in watching the performance that they have. Traditional dance from different countries, live concert and many more....there are many invited guest but students are more than welcome to join in the refreshments and watch the performance. |
That's from what Wee Chung said. I heard it's a closed event from several sources though. SSSC want to clarify? |
