[Game Rules]
i.Item and Hero not restriction.
ii.Sharing unit control is allowed.
iii.Sharing item is allowed.
iv.Gamesrs not allow to suicide to pass Rapier intentionally.
v.Allowed to kill teammates hero.
vi.There is no item and hero restriction except dropped situation occurs, you can use dropped hero to continue compete in order not permitted pick up or sell those dropped items.
vii.Backdoor (BD) is ALLOWED.
viii.Creep blocking is not allowed but creep slowing is allowed.

[General Rules]
i.Cannot using game chatting channel to ALL (except pause /save game).
ii.No non-standard game settings or third party applications that affect game play be use (maphack , drophack) except Warkey .teams being caught either will be punished at the game marshal’s direction .
iii.Players are encouraged to bring their own gaming equipment but will be required to provide the drivers on a thumb drive for installation if needed.
iv.The organizer will not be held responsible for any fault /damage arising to the installation.
v.The organizer will not be responsible to provide full equipment to the participants.
vi.Required to save game from game time (10 minute) or first blood.
vii.Every 15 minutes interval depend player request, the game will be saved for a backup saved game (from referee).
viii.Abusive behavior towards the organizer/game marshal opponent team will given a warning .No foul language and abusive/racial behavior will be tolerated in the course of the tournament.
ix.An individual is only allowed to play for 1 team ONLY throughout the course of the tournament.
x.Using bugs is no excuse; penalty will be finalized by Infinity referee。

Nice. Known this few weeks ago. Since it's at Sibu, well there might be more chances that BTU/Miri teams may go . KCH teams may need considerations due to expenses of travel fares.
