| My printer is canon Pixma series which always run out of ink so quickly. Although it can be refilled, the printer or the comp can't detect the new filling. Even though it is full it say ink is low. Pretty annoying especially i have to drill the ink to be able to refill it and sometimes get leaked. Thats why i always end up buying new ink for about Rm120 for both the colour and the black ink.
Why cant they just make it like the old bubble jet printer. So does anyone know where to buy pirated one? |

| You should refill before they run dry, or when it say "low ink". For canon there should be a message that lets you press the reset button and it will continue printing ignoring the message.
Newer cartridge are made it so that it'll easily spoil if you use force to drill a hole, and you'll end up with a print head that just won't align no matter how hard you try. I suggest heat up the drill with a lighter and melts a hole instead of drilling it manually. |

Lol. Good once Lance, even though its true.
Anyway, its called third party ink. Can get those at many major IT stores.
The trick to ink refills is to know when to refill it before it gives warning. Or like pipboy said, ignore it. Most printer will overwrite the ink low command when you ignore it. _________________ Learn From The Past, Live The Present, Plan For The Future Team mD Moderator よろしくおねがいします~

| Go to Trade section. There's a PC hardware and services thread maintained by ScrapTrashJunk. Got nice deal on second hand RAM and GPU from him. He can sell anything! _________________ |

| I just refilled a HP cartridge today, no holes to drill, the holes are already there. Easiest refill job I've ever done. |
