Depends. Though work experience, I've setup 40 PC, including LAN wiring *become spiderman* and configuration of a Red Hat server, took me 3 days, with help from my supplier and another friend of ours.

Yea. 40 pcs to red hat server already 3 days. let's say, 1000 pcs for a start. It should take about 25 working days to install by one person. Say 4 persons working on it. Should cut down deployment time to about 7 days or so, and that's hypothetically. But, we still have not counted in delays (especially with 1k pcs... supplier sure take their time sending the stuff over).

With all ports closed except port 80, torrents will never work, unless you use a bypass proxy, which, I will not say anything about it.
