Well, you heard the news. Intel believes that AMD isn't controlling most of Globalfoundries. So they want to revoke AMD's license in 60 days if AMD don't fix the problem by then.
But the story's different on AMD's side. They claim to have 50% of Globalfoundries' operation though most of the investment comes from ATIC. To counter Intel's threat, they can revoke Intel's licensing of their IMC, x86-64 and other technologies.
IMO, no one will be happy to see AMD gone from x86 business. Maybe, the anti-trust commission will see this as a move by Intel to monopolize the market completely. But who knows, with the odds at stake.
