PostSubject: This Lecturer S#*KS BIG TIME!   Tue Sep 16, 2008 5:34 pm

Date : Tuesday, 16 October 2008
Location : LB2 1.02
Time : 2.30

Me and my classmate was suppose to have this business class today...at the stated time and location. It was our lecture today. I manage to come 15 minutes earlier today as most of the time I would be late or didn't come at all.

After the previous class exited the room we're suppose to be using for the lecture, all of us went into the room.
By then it started to rain heavily... By then most of the students was already there except for the lecturer.

10 minutes after the class should have started a classmate receive a phonecall from another classmate who is at the Old building. She told us that the lecturer wants everyone to go to the Auditorium for the class.

WTF MAN! Just because of the rain he's expecting all of us to walk in the rain to go to the Auditorium. This blows man!
All of us unwillingly did...walking through the rain..some sharing umbrella's with other.

By the way..thanks to the girl who shared her's with me even though I dont have a clue who she is... THANKS! cheers

Back to the story, after all of us reach the Audi freezing to death, the lecturer said that we should ask for a discount from the Uni for not providing a proper shade for us and make us suffer like this...

IS HE JOKING OR WHAT!?

HE WAS THE ONE FORCING ALL OF US TO WALK TO THE AUDITORIUM FROM THE LECTURE BLOCK... WALKING IN HEAVY RAIN....

AND SAYS THAT ITS THE UNI'S FAULT?

WHOAA.... TALK ABOUT SELF-CENTERED...

IM STARTING TO HATE HIM MORE NOW...
Evil or Very Mad

But hey, walking in the rain. And the new building has roofed walkpaths. So, since you stated you are at the training block, its not his fault but the planning fault as that area should have roofed walkpath connecting to the main building.

Its his fault that we had to walk in the rain because the class....ever since the start of the semester have always been there.

The reason it was done in the Auditorium today was because he didn't want to walk all the way to the lecture Block in the rain.

So...instead of having himself...one person, walking in the rain....he suddenly booked the Auditorium at the last minute and FORCED EVERYBODY TO COME TO THE AUDITORIUM INSTEAD. EVEROBODY REFERS TO ALMOST 30 STUDENTS.

He's just thinking about himself and to not getting his expensive clothes wet in the rain.

Hahaha...i think i know who u are talking about...well, i got ntg to complain because some of us were standing outside the canteen and saw him walking towards us as well. he was asking whether we want our class to be canceled or not. But in the end, he change to the auditorium.

However, the complain part was funny, when we all went to the admin. LOL!!!

:/ Hope that's an isolated incident, never heard of such thing.

One thing need to say is that perhaps the university should consider building shaded walkways to the older blocks like LB2 as that would be in line with the shaded walkways available to the newer buildings.

yup...totally agree with you...but anyway, we are still not sure whether we can change all our classes for that subject to auditorium or not. They were saying we cannot use the auditorium or smtg, which is kinda gay. WHY NOT?
Then we started saying we pay so much, we demand for better facilities and classroom with enaugh tables and chairs, and what's with the new building. there are so many classrooms why cant we use them. (btw, we are using the hostel building now). The guy just reply that the classrooms are not ready and he has no permission to give us the classroom. ISH~!!!

Yea, build a shaded pathway all the way to the hostel Very Happy
Benefit both students who live in the hostel and for those who go for class or cilipeper.

But to me I think sometime the roof of the path is so narrow that we get wet even if we use the roofed path monkey

Even through it would still be far more better than without shaded path right, at least it will only wet ur shoes.

Scouting and camps....going out of topic. lol!

Set up a 'Scout thread' if you want to talk about scouting and how you suffered in the 'wet' hell. Laughing

Anyways, snowfish, even if your shoes are wet, still having shaded walkways better than nothing. Wink

unless you block the whole road just so you can cross totally untouched....er... for what you're asking, you need an overhead bridge, but asking for that I think is a bit much really. >.> Even overhead bridge still can get wet is the wind is reaaaaaalllllyyyyyy strong.
