Anyone knows what are the requirements to get PR in aus?
As a student i mean.

As a student, you don't get a PR, you get a student visa. To get a PR, you need to live in Aussie without going out of Aussie for a few years. That's one of the main requirements.

staying aus for two years as one of the requiements for student right?
without PR it is very hard to get employ isnt it?

The employers won't want an employee that can be picked up by the Immigration Department anytime.
